Meet Pepper #2 – A Sweet and Loyal Companion
🐾 Black Lab Mix • Female • 8 Years Old • 80 lbs
Pepper is a gentle-hearted senior with a spark of playful energy and a whole lot of love to give. She’s happiest when she’s around people and thrives on companionship, cuddles, and a good game of fetch. Bath time? Pool time? She loves it! And when it comes to food, chicken and rice is her absolute favorite—though she’s also a big fan of apples.
This clever girl knows how to mind her manners at home, loves treats, takes them gently, and will happily strike a pose for a snack.
Pepper has enjoyed some playtime with dogs her size, but at this stage of her life she really just wants to soak up all the love and attention for herself. She would do best as the only dog in the home. We do not know about cats.
Pepper still has some pep in her step, but not the overwhelming energy of a puppy. She enjoys toys, tummy rubs, and splashing in water. She does pull on the leash a bit (she’s used to a harness), but with a little patience, guidance and love, she’ll walk right into your heart.
