Miss Gidget is a sweet, spirited young lady with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life. She adores long walks, snuggles on the couch, and a good game of fetch. Out in public she’s polite, attentive, and wonderfully well‑mannered.

Gidget is wonderfully social—she’s friendly with children, dogs, and cats. She currently lives harmoniously with three feline foster siblings and a large dog foster brother.
Gidget has experienced a couple of seizures while in foster care. Our veterinarian believes she has epilepsy, which is being successfully managed with a daily dose of Keppra. Her medication costs about $30 per month and has been effective in controlling her seizure activity. Gidget will be adopted out as a special needs dog.
