Bogey – Black Male, 1 year, 70 lbs.
Meet Bogey – A Handsome Young Lab Looking for His Forever Home
Bogey is a 1-year-old black male Labrador weighing about 70 pounds, and his foster mom says he is one very good boy. He works hard to live up to that reputation!
On the crazy scale, Bogey is only about a 4. He is a young dog, but he is not bouncing off the walls. What he really wants is to be with his people. You will usually find him close by, happily keeping his family company.
Bogey’s daily routine is pretty simple: eat, go potty outside, enjoy some zoomies, settle down with a good chew bone, take a car ride, work on a little training with treats, have dinner, and finish the day with cuddles. Sounds like a pretty great life to us!
Bogey arrived as a stray and has transitioned into being a house dog and part of the pack remarkably quickly. He likes both children and adults. With a proper introduction, he enjoys other dogs and can have fun with his new canine friends. His compatibility with cats is unknown.
We believe Bogey missed out on some basic training, including learning how to walk nicely on a leash. The good news? He is willing to learn, and he wants to please his people. With some patience, consistency, and treats, this handsome boy should continue to blossom.
If Bogey sounds like the Lab you have been waiting for, fill out an online adoption application. You just might be the lucky one who gets to welcome this wonderful boy home!
