We have PUPPIES!
Introducing the National Park Puppies
3 Female Yellow Lab X – Born 11/2/21
The Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno is happy to announce that we have precious, National Park Puppies. Mama Dory, taken to a shelter very pregnant, had her puppies in the shelter. Never fear, when the Defenders of Dogs, the Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno, heard of her and her baby’s plight, they jumped into action and rescued the whole lot of them! Listed below:
Denali – Female, queen bee
Kenai – Female, girl next door sweet
Katmai – Female, small but mighty
If you are interested in adopting one of Park Puppies and have a previous application in, respond to the email that initially replied to you and ask to have your app forwarded. If you do not have an application in, please fill one out at our website: www.labrescuefresno.org (Replying to Facebook may or may not get seen.) Also, please be patient. LRRF is run entirely by non-paid volunteers – most of whom have full-time jobs. Puppies generate a lot of applications, and the foster mom needs to review them to find them the perfect furever homes. Also, puppies can be a 15 year or so commitment. They need training, regular exercise, patience and love. If you don’t have the time, consider adopting an older dog, there are many who need homes.
