Bruno – White Male, 3 years, 64 lbs.
One look at handsome Bruno, with his soulful eyes, and puppy-like face can melt your heart. He came to rescue with a mate and puppies. However, it seemed he had not been socialized otherwise. Just about everything was new and scary. But frightened as he was, he has remained gentle and sweet. Longing for a relationship. He is a cuddle bug that will sneak onto your lap once he knows and learns to trust you.

Bruno is a timid soul that desperately wants to be safe and loved, but he requires time and patience to trust people. However, once he does trust, he is playful, sweet and snuggly. Prone to zoomies and other silly stuff. He does like to “kednap” a shoe or slipper now and then, hoping to be chased. He is great with other dogs and the cat in his foster home has given him a seal of approval *with proper introductions. Bruno also loves to hang out with the chickens at his foster home. He lets them hop all over him while he sleeps in their coop. He has good house manners. Although he is crate trained, he is not a fan of the crate and has proven himself trustworthy to roam free in the house when left alone with his foster dogs.
Bruno will need patience to gain confidence and learn more about living in a home. The new sounds and activities in a house. He will thrive in a peaceful home with consistent training where he can build confidence. Sweet Bruno is an amazingly loving dog who will make an awesome companion for some lucky family.
